OmaPosti Pro makes your work easier

OmaPosti Pro is a new service for contract customers’ parcel sending needs. Soon, you will be able to also send freight and registered letters. You can track items and browse reports and invoices. You can also contact our customer service.

How to activate the service

First, ask your company’s administrator to give you the right to use the service. You can then log in using your Posti credentials.

Create a shipment

Use the address book or enter new information and select the delivery type.

Use the address book

Save and edit – the contact details remain up to date. You can also easily import your current Smartship address book.

Track your shipments

OmaPosti Pro helps you stay on the map. You can easily find and track your shipment using the search service.

Browse reports and invoices

Items

You can view the numbers of shipments, the distribution between parcel pickup points and georaphical destinations of the parcels – also in graph format.

Invoices

The invoice summary allows you to view the realized prices and easily search for an invoice or the cost of a parcel.
