Improvements have been made to the business customers’ OmaPosti Pro to make it easier to access information that is essential for their operations.
Requested tracking filters have been added to the shipment tracking view, including filtering by a selected time period. All previously available filters have been retained.
In the user interface, Posti’s products are now grouped by product family, which makes searching easier. It is still also possible to search by product name.
At the same time, we have expanded the shipment-level tracking data published, in line with our customers’ wishes. Business customers now have access to as many as 69 different tracking data fields for an individual shipment, which can be further processed, for example, in a spreadsheet program.
After the update, information for up to one hundred shipments can be viewed at the same time. For example, a small or medium-sized online retailer can review the status of recent shipments at a glance. More detailed information on an individual shipment can be opened on screen for closer inspection, as before.
