A new way to send is here
Send a Helposti‑code parcel at a self‑service point whenever it suits you. The first locations are already available and the service will expand across Finland soon. We care about making everyday life easier. That’s why sending is as effortless as possible.

Starting from July 1, there will be a new customs duty of EUR 3 for online purchases from outside the EU with a value of up to EUR 150. The change will apply to purchases from the United Kingdom, China, Switzerland and other countries outside the EU, for example.

Add a parallel address for the summer
If you spend time at a summer cottage or a second home, you can add a parallel address with us. This allows selected mail and magazines to be delivered to an address other than your primary one. The service is free of charge.
