A technical issue occurred in the service of the payment service provider Neonomics between 29 July and 6 August. As a result, some Danske Bank customers who paid invoices in OmaPosti experienced duplicate payment transactions.
The issue has been resolved and no longer causes duplicate payment transactions.
OmaPosti customers affected by the issue will be contacted in the coming days. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.
