Tiketti and NetTicket customers
Currently, you can receive event tickets from Tiketti and NetTicket in OmaPosti.
If you previously received event tickets through Kivra, you can now receive them in OmaPosti by selecting OmaPosti as the delivery method.
Frequently asked questions
Where can I find my event tickets? You can find your event tickets in Digital post in OmaPosti. If you’re looking for a specific ticket, you can use the search function or open the event ticket sender’s view, where you’ll find your tickets under the Tickets tab.
Can I show my ticket on my phone? Yes. You can open your event ticket in the OmaPosti app on your mobile device or in the web version of OmaPosti.
Do I need OmaPosti? Yes. To receive event tickets, you need an active OmaPosti account.
What if I’ve already bought my ticket? Tickets you have already purchased will be delivered using the delivery method you selected when you bought them. If you received event tickets in Kivra before 6 October, you can find them in both Kivra and OmaPosti until the end of November. After that, the tickets will be available in OmaPosti.
Which ticket sellers are included in the service? Currently, the service is available for event tickets from Tiketti and NetTicket.
