The launch of business customers’ goods shipments to the United States through Posti’s ordering channels has been delayed from the previously announced schedule. The delay is due to new data requirements introduced by the US authorities, which will take effect on 22 October 2026. We will provide further information later on when Posti’s business channels for shipments to the United States will open.

Preparations for enabling our business customers to send goods shipments to the United States are progressing.
Our aim is to enable businesses to send parcels and letters containing goods through Posti’s ordering channels by the end of September.
In the future, the required customs duties and Posti’s service fees will be charged for goods shipments.
Posti’s service fees:
EUR 2.39 per shipment, plus 2.5% of the customs duty
We will provide further information about the schedule and shipping terms once they have been confirmed.
