Letters and postcards

The letters will be mailed so that they will arrive by Christmas. Sometimes, there may be delays in mail delivery, and the letter is delayed, unfortunately.

Please take into account that, sometimes destination countries may have unexpected delays in mail deliveries, which are, unfortunately, beyond our control.

The letter for Christmas will arrive before Christmas, but we cannot give an exact date.

The letter for new year will be mailed early in the year, they should arrive in January, but we cannot give an exact date.

The letter is written for one recipient, and the recipient’s first and last name will be added to the certificate of niceness. However, you can still address the letter to several recipients, but check from the preview what the name will look like.

If the letter has not yet been mailed, the information can still be changed. Please contact our customer service.

Transportation connections to all countries are not available. Countries with no transportation connections have been removed from the menu for the time being.

Yes, the same letter is sent to girls and boys.

The letter to Finland can be ordered December 11th at the latest. Letters abroad must be ordered earlier. Letters addressed to overseas addresses ( far countries) should be ordered no later than November 24 and letters to Europe December 4.
