The search takes into account different delivery methods
Different delivery methods are used in different areas. The majority of mail is delivered on alternate weekdays. We are increasingly delivering mail early in the morning along with the newspaper delivery. This applies to areas where Posti has early-morning delivery. The search results take different delivery methods into account.
Note!
You can also receive mail on other delivery days than those indicated by the search service.
The alternate-day delivery doesn’t have an effect on most newspapers, which are delivered on the publication date.
In areas where Posti delivers newspapers in early-morning delivery, you may also receive other mail early in the morning.
Stamped letters and other items included in the universal service are delivered in accordance with the Postal Act and, if necessary, also on days other than the actual delivery days.
