Parcel to doorstep - delivered to the recipient's address

You can send a parcel to the recipient’s doorstep by buying the To the Door as Agreed additional service for your parcel. In the To the Door as Agreed service (+€12.90), the parcel delivery time is agreed with the recipient. The service is available in major cities and urban areas from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and elsewhere mainly from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The service includes one delivery attempt. If the parcel can’t be delivered, it will be taken to Posti for pickup.

Printed notice of arrival - when you do not know the recipient's mobile phone number

If you don’t know the recipient’s mobile phone number, you can purchase a printed notice of arrival for €1.90. Instead of an SMS message, the notice of arrival will then be delivered to the recipient’s address as a letter with the daytime mail.

Fragile available for all parcels

Use the additional Fragile service (+€10.90) to send fragile or bendable goods (such as electronics or glass) or liquid, fluid or staining substances. Attach “Fragile” labels to the parcel. The labels are available at Posti outlets. Always wrap fragile contents in sufficient padding. Even though the parcel will be sorted manually, not by a machine, it should be robust enough to withstand loading into a vehicle with other parcels. Posti is not bound by markings on factory packages.
