There may be delays in the customs declaration for parcels arriving from outside the European Union, as the EU implements new security data regulation on October 2.
The new regulation determines what information arriving parcels need to have. If parcel information is incomplete, we will need to complete it in Posti, which may cause delays.
If you are expecting a parcel from outside the EU, you can track its journey in Posti’s item tracking. You will receive a message when your parcel is ready for customs declaration.
If we cannot complete the information and your item needs to be returned, please contact the sender. You can agree on canceling the sale or resending the item with the seller.
