Posti Pre-Paid Envelope – includes postage
Posti Pre-Paid Envelope is a service providing pre-paid envelopes bearing the sender's information. Posti Pre-Paid Envelope is an easy and convenient way to send letters. The price of Posti Pre-Paid Envelope includes printing according to your company's visual identity, postage, the envelope itself and delivery to the order address.
How to order and send pre-paid envelopes
Log in to Envelope storewith Posti transaction codes. If you don't yet have Posti transaction codes, please become our customer
Select the envelopes in the Envelope Store, provide the printing information and send the order. You will have the pre-paid envelopes at your disposal within 7 weekdays at the latest, often already within a few days.
Put the letters into the envelopes, add the addresses and take the envelopes to a service point or drop them off in a mailbox.
Good to know
The minimum envelope order quantity is 100. As the sealing adhesive on the envelopes may weaken over time, we recommend ordering pre-paid envelopes for up to one year's use. If you only need a small number of envelopes, check out our All-in-One envelopes.

Express Letter – delivered fast
Use Express Letter to deliver your item quickly and reliably.
Express letters are delivered to recipients within 1–2 weekdays according to the delivery time inquiry – usually already on the day after mailing.
You can easily track the item using the tracking code.
Express letters are delivered every weekday.
How to order and send Express letters
As a Posti contract customer, you can easily order Express letters in OmaPosti Pro or the SmartShip. If you don't yet have Posti transaction codes, please become our customer
Print out an address label with express markings from the ordering channel and attach it to the item. Add the phone number of the recipient to ensure fast delivery.
You can leave the item at a Posti service point or a postal center, or you can order a pickup transport service for it. Do not leave the Express letter in a mailbox, as it will then not be delivered on time.
Good to know
Maximum size of an Express letter: 3 cm × 25 cm × 35.3 cm
An Express letter is not suitable for sending cash or valuable items.

Registered Letter
A registered letter is a secure way to send an item to a recipient. It is suitable for sending payment cards, decisions and notifications, for example. The service includes an acknowledgment of mailing, item tracking and handing the item over at a Posti service point.
Letter with Advice of Delivery
A letter with advice of delivery is particularly suitable for sending official decisions, debt collection documents and other notifications. The service includes an acknowledgment of mailing and the handover to the recipient, item tracking and handing the item over at a service point.
Insured Item
Insured items have more extensive compensations than other items. You can use the service to send money, valuable items and securities, such as a housing stock certificate, safely to the recipient.

As a Posti contract customer, you can easily order the Registered Letter, Letter with Advice of Delivery and Insured Item services in OmaPosti Pro or the SmartShip. If you don't have Posti transaction codes, please become our customer

Good to know
When you're sending money or valuable items, select Insured Letter. A registered letter and letter with advice of delivery is not suitable for sending money or valuable items.
