We are updating our customer service, and from the beginning of February, Posti’s various lines of business will have their own specialised customer service teams. Our goal is to centralize competence, speed up customer service and improve the customer experience.
As a result of the change, new customer service phone numbers will be opened for Freight Services customers. By calling these numbers, you can talk to Freight’s own customer service teams about matters related to Freight Services. Other customer service phone numbers and service channels will stay as they are. Our phone menu will also be updated as part of the change.
