Texts in Posti’s notices of arrival will be renewed from September 22 onwards. The notice of arrival is a message, where Posti notifies the receiver about an item that has arrived for pickup. The texts will be renewed in phases, based on feedback that has been asked and received from customers.
On Thursday September 22, we will start using renewed texts in Finnish notices of arrival that are sent via text message, email and OmaPosti.

The goal is to clarify messages and make sure that important information is easy to find. The changes impact only the style of the text, and there will be no changes to how notices of arrival are sent.
The notice of arrival will be updated in phases. Swedish and English notices of arrival will also be renewed. However, all messages will not be updated at the same time.
Posti is also used as a fake sender in phishing messages. Phishing messages often pretend to notify the recipient of the arrival of an item, a prize they have won or an unpaid delivery charge.
