From 4 April 2022, we will serve in matters related to freight issues from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm (previously from 8 am to 4 pm) at 0100 3311 and in the chat for contract customers. Our aim is for the extended opening hours to better meet the needs of our business customers, especially during the freight peak season.
