With our help, you can offer your customers diverse return opportunities from abroad. Returns are available in the Parcel Connect and Postal Parcel to the Baltic countries services. For a Priority parcel, you can buy an international customer return, in other words, the ERS service operating in 17 different countries.
For the Parcel Connect service, you can make a separate agreement on the return, both returns of undeliverable items and customer returns. You can print out a customer return card from the SmartShip system or OmaPosti Pro and attach it to an item to be sent to the customer. You can also send it to the recipient afterwards.
The recipient can return the item to any pickup point.
Posti Parcel Baltic Return
For the Posti Parcel Baltic, you can also make a separate agreement on the return service. You can print out the Posti Parcel Baltic customer return card from the SmartShip system or OmaPosti Pro and attach it to an item to be sent to the customer. You can also send the return card to the recipient afterwards.
The parcel is left at a parcel locker or service point. A pick-up can also be ordered from the local customer service if the parcel was originally delivered to a home address.
International customer return (ERS)
You can add the International customer return (ERS) to a Priority parcel. Returns are currently possible from 17 countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Order the address label entitling to the international return from the Posti’s service channels page from the International return section. Deliver the customer return address label to the customer with the parcel either in already printed format or electronically for printing. This allows your customer to return the item to the local service point.
