The Nearby Mailbox service brings mail to the desired destination

For companies

• You can arrange the delivery of mail to a place of your choice, for example, the premises of your company.
• The service is particularly suitable for small companies.

For housing companies

• You can arrange the delivery of mail to the desired location of the residents of the housing company, for example, mail slots or apartment-specific mailboxes outside the building.

Good to know about the service

The Nearby Mailbox service agreement covers the delivery of day mail distributed by Posti to an agreed location. Mail delivered by other delivery companies is not included in the service.

Delivery of newspapers is not included in the Nearby Mailbox service. You can agree on the delivery of newspapers to a location of your choice as part of early-morning delivery services.

Pricing

For businesses: The price consists of a one-time establishment charge and an annual service fee based on the number of metres travelled by the deliverer

For housing companies: The price consists of a one-time establishment charge and an annual or semi-annual service fee based on the number of apartments.
