We will handle and mail your order the next business day. Products that fit in an envelope will be mailed as a letter and larger shipments as a package. Delivery time is approximately 5-7 working days.
The average delivery time for the personalized stamps is 10–14 days after ordering. The delivery time of the order can vary between 7 and 31 working days after placing the order.
The Personalized card is sent on the day chosen by the customer and delivered to a recipient in Finland generally on the fourth weekday from the dispatch day; cards to all countries abroad are delivered with the speed of a Priority letter.
Consumer customers can use the online store either as a logged-in customer or without logging in. As a logged-in consumer customer, you will use your Posti transaction codes in the online stamp store. You can also access other Posti's electronic services, such as OmaPosti, using the same transaction codes. When logged in, your consumer customer contact details will be automatically filled in upon ordering and you will also be able to view your order history in the online store.
Business customers can use the online store either as a logged-in customer or without logging in. As a logged-in business customer, you will use your Posti transaction codes in the online stamp store. When logged in, your business customer contact details will be automatically filled in upon ordering and you will also be able to view your order history in the online store. If you are a Posti invoicing customer, you can also order stamps by invoice. The maximum order with an invoice is €1,000. Orders which have higher value must be paid by online banking or by credit card.
You can also shop online as a customer without logging in, in which case your payment options will be payment card and online bank.

Order stamps and other useful things from our online store
During the payment phase of the order, if you are also a Posti invoicing customer and your order is less than €1.000, you can select invoice as the payment option. You can also pay for your order using an online bank account or a payment card.
As a logged-in customer, your invoicing address will be automatically filled in and cannot be changed in the online store. If your company has multiple invoicing addresses, you can choose where to send the invoice from the options available. You can edit the delivery address for each order.
You can get your Posti transaction codes by filling in the following form: Create transaction codes. Fill in and submit the form only if you can act as your company’s administrator.
On the form, the contact details of the person who will receive your company's administrator rights in the Posti Service Portal are entered into the administrator's details section. The company's authorized signatory or apparent authority will be informed of the created administrator’s transaction codes.
What should I do if I’m not my company’s administrator for Posti's electronic services?
If you yourself cannot act as the company's administrator, ask the person who can act as the administrator to apply for Posti transaction codes by filling in the form. After receiving the codes, the administrator can authorize more online stamp store users for the company in the users management of the Service Portal.
