Picking up parcels for customers with reduced mobility

If your parcel has been delivered to a location with access barriers, we can deliver the parcel to another location where you can pick it up.

Moving parcels to an accessible location

  • If your parcel has been delivered to a parcel locker, you can ask our customer service in which locker your parcel is located. If the locker is too high, Posti can change the location of the parcel.

  • The parcel can also be redirected to another location if the parcel has been delivered to a location with access barriers. See accessible pickup points on the map.
