Your matter concerns the termination of a contract, e.g. for the Nearby Mailbox at Home, a fixed-term mail redirection service or Netposti.

You want to cancel an order or contract, e.g. the Nearby Mailbox at Home or fixed-term forwarding.

You have the right to cancel the contract in accordance with the provisions on distance selling in the Consumer Protection Act by informing Posti of it in writing within fourteen (14) days of the conclusion of the contract or the receipt of the goods.

Recording calls and messages

When required by a business or service event, Posti Group Corporation saves calls and messages in order to ensure their content. The recordings are used to ensure the rights and legal protection of the customer and Posti Group Corporation. The recordings can also be used in in-house personnel training in order to develop customer service and improve quality. The recordings will not be used for other purposes or disclosed to parties outside Posti Group Corporation unless required by law.
