Tariff zones affect the price of your shipment depending on the destination country. On this page, you can find tariff zones for both contract customers and customers without a contract. Choose the section that matches your situation and check which zone your destination country belongs to.

Tariff zones for contract customers

The country specific tariff zones will be in use for contract customers' contracts from 18.6.2024

Additional documents

No additional documents are required when sending within the EU
Consignments containing goods going outside the EU countries require the additional documents required for customs clearance. If the country of address requires more than one copy of the customs list, a sufficient number of customs lists must be filled in (CN 23).
When sending goods for commercial purposes, a commercial invoice or a proforma invoice is required.

The country specific tariff zones will be in use for cash shipments until further notice and for contract customers' agreements until 17.6.2024.
