The services of five Posti-operated shops, meaning service points offering face-to-face customer service, will be transferred to partner-operated service points or other Posti service points or parcel lockers in March–April 2026. The Posti-operated shops listed below will serve customers until the dates indicated:
Posti’s own shop at Unioninkatu 20–22, 00130 Helsinki will serve until 26 February 2026.
Posti’s own shop at Piispansilta 11, 02230 Espoo (Iso Omena) will serve until 26 February 2026.
Posti’s own shop at Linnankoskenkatu 14, 00250 Helsinki will serve until 27 March 2026.
Posti’s own shop at Annankatu 8, 00120 Helsinki will serve until 27 March 2026.
Posti’s own shop at Vapaudenkatu 48–50, 40100 Jyväskylä will serve until 27 March 2026.
The Posti located in Postitalo (the so‑called main post office, Helsinki 10) and the Rovaniemi shop known as Santa Claus’ Main Post Office will continue to operate normally.
Posti’s service point network will continue to serve consumers locally and face-to-face
You will continue to receive personal, face‑to‑face service both at Posti-operated shops and at Posti’s partner‑operated service points. Upcoming regional changes:
In Helsinki: Customers in the Annankatu and Unioninkatu areas will be served at the Postitalo main post office, as well as at new and existing parcel lockers. We will also open a new face‑to‑face service point in Töölö, at our current service point on Runeberginkatu 58.
In Espoo: Services at St1 Suomenoja will expand to cover all Posti services, and parcel services will continue at K‑Supermarket Ruokaniitty (Merituulentie 36, 02200 Espoo). We will also add new parcel lockers in the area.
In Jyväskylä: K‑Citymarket Jyväskylä Seppälä (Vasarakatu 29, 40320 Jyväskylä) will offer all Posti services. Parcel services will also be available at the new K‑Supermarket Lutakko (Lutakonaukio 1, 40105 Jyväskylä) and at new parcel lockers.
