Sending Christmas greetings is now even easier. Posti will deliver red mailing envelopes to homes. You can also pick up envelopes from any Posti outlet or most stamp retailers. Please note that envelopes will not be delivered to households with a no-advertising notice.
With the red envelope, you can send Christmas cards using the more affordable Christmas greeting no-value indicator stamp. If you drop off your greetings at a Posti outlet or letterbox by Thursday 11 December at the latest, they’ll arrive in time for Christmas. Delivery begins already on 1 December.
Important dates
• Christmas greeting no-value indicator stamp (€1.70) Last mailing date: Thursday 11 December. Cards can be dropped into a letterbox until midnight. You’ll recognise the stamp by the snowflake symbol.
• Domestic no-value indicator stamp (€2.75) Last mailing date: Tuesday 16 December. You’ll recognise the stamp by the map of Finland symbol.

Double-check the address
A correct address ensures your greeting brings joy on time. On the card, write the recipient’s first and last name, street address, building, stairwell and apartment number, as well as the postal code and city/town. If needed, check the details at: https://posti.fi/postcode-search
