We serve customers across Finland with over 2,100 parcel lockers and around 1,100 service points offering personal assistance. Most of our service points operate on the premises of our partner businesses, such as shops, kiosks, and service stations, and are open according to the partner’s opening hours.

Opening hours of Posti’s own stores during the season
Posti has its own stores in Helsinki (Elielinaukio 2 F, Annankatu 8, Unioninkatu 20, Linnankoskenkatu 14), Espoo (Piispansilta 11) and Jyväskylä (Vapaudenkatu 48–50).
Posti’s own stores will mainly follow their normal opening hours at the end of the year. Exceptions include the Helsinki Main Post Office in Postitalo (Elielinaukio 2 F) and the Iso Omena Posti in Espoo (Piispansilta 11), which will extend their opening hours starting December 1 and will be open on weekdays until 9 p.m.
Holidays affect opening hours during Christmas:
On Independence Day (December 6), our own stores are closed.
On Christmas Eve’s eve (December 23), our own stores are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Helsinki main post office in Postitalo is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
On Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day (December 24-26), our own stores are closed.
On New Year’s Eve (December 31) our own stores are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., except the Helsinki main post office in Postitalo, which is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
On New Year’s Day (January 1) and Epiphany (January 6), our own stores are closed.
Santa Claus’ Main Post Office at the Arctic Circle is open daily from December 1 to January 6, 2026 (Mon–Sun) from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
