The year 2025 brought meaningful improvements designed to make everyday life smoother. Our network of service points and parcel lockers is now closer than ever. With OmaPosti, you can keep your parcels, letters and invoices neatly in one place. And recycling has become part of daily life for more and more people. For us, all this is care in action, one parcel, one message and one choice at a time.

Closer to customers: our service network grows fast

We are here for you everywhere in Finland. Posti continues to develop its network so that sending and picking up a parcel is easy, near home or along your daily routes. In OmaPosti, you always find the pick up option that suits you best.

In 2025, we opened nearly 500 new or expanded parcel lockers, adding more than 31,000 compartments. Today our network includes around 1,100 service points and almost 2,200 parcel lockers, totaling over 180,000 compartments across Finland. Outdoor parcel lockers also appeared in the places where everyday life happens, quickly becoming a welcome neighbour.

Customer satisfaction in parcel deliveries reached 4.5/5 last year. We will continue to keep the quality strong so that your experience stays smooth and dependable.

OmaPosti brings clarity to your everyday

OmaPosti keeps you up to date. You receive letters and invoices directly on your phone, and you always know where your parcel is. Everything important is stored safely in one place.

The renewed Digital post section does exactly what its name promises: gathers all your digital mail together. You receive a notification the moment a new letter or invoice arrives, and you can handle payments right away. Your messages stay safe and easy to find even years later. You are in control: you choose whether you want your mail digitally, on paper, or both.

Secondhand is on the rise

Last autumn, we organised our third Secondhand September campaign together with 14 partners. The aim is to promote more responsible consumption and highlight the versatility of used clothing and goods.

The trend is visible in parcel flows: early in the year, one in four online parcels contained secondhand items. Yet one in four Finns has never bought anything secondhand. With Posti, buying and selling pre-owned goods is easy – helping valuable items find a new life without extra hassle.

Responsibility built into every step

More and more parcels travel fossil free. Posti operates Finland’s largest clean fleet, with around 1,000 electric and gas vehicles and roughly 1,500 electric light vehicles such as scooters and delivery carts. Looking ahead

The year 2025 was historic for us: we unified our brand across all six operating countries, listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, and returned our headquarters to the iconic Postitalo in central Helsinki.
