Small parcels or XXS parcels that are normally delivered to mailboxes or slots are exceptionally delivered to pickup points in certain Helsinki areas. The temporary arrangement is in use until December 22, and the goal is to make sure that all parcels arrive on time for Christmas.
Parcels are exceptionally delivered to pickup points instead of mailboxes in the following postal codes: 00240, 00320, 00400, 00610, 00620, 00630, 00640, 00650, 00660, 00670, 00680, 00690, 00500, 00510, 00520, 00530, 00540, 00550, 00580.
In other parts of Finland, we continue to deliver XXS parcels and small parcels to mailboxes and slots as per usual.
The recipient gets a notice of arrival when their small parcel arrives at a pickup point. We send the notice of arrival to the phone number and email address included in item details. If the parcel only has a postal address and no contact information, we send the notice of arrival via mail.
You don’t need a notice of arrival to pick up your parcel. You can pick it up whenever item tracking shows that it has arrived. Please make sure you have the tracking number and an ID with you for pickup.
We will continue to deliver XXS parcels and postal parcels normally in Helsinki after Christmas.
