The delivery of letters, publications and direct marketing will be operated by Posti Distribution Ltd (business ID 0109357–9) from January 1, 2023. From the contract point of view, only the name of the service provider will change, as Posti Distribution Ltd will operate under the old Posti Ltd business ID. The change will have no effect on products, services, prices, or user credentials in the service channels.
As of January 1, 2023, the postal operator specified by the Postal Act is Posti Distribution Ltd. For this reason, changes will be made to the payment indications. However, the current payment indications will not expire, and they can still be produced with a franking machine. From January 1, 2023, the new payment indications for postal items can be downloaded from our website: Payment indications for letters - Posti - Customer Support. There will be no time limit for using printed envelopes.
In the new corporate structure, Posti Ltd (business ID 2344200–4) will be responsible of the parcel and e-commerce as well as freight services from January 1, 2023. The change will have no effect on products, services, prices, transaction codes, e-commerce integrations or EDI messages. The way you use our services will also stay the same.
Contract and product terms will be updated on our website on November 30, 2022.The change will affect the service provider’s company names and business IDs.
