As the number of online store purchases has increased, the number of Posti's parcels has risen to the level of the Christmas season. Unfortunately, this has caused a backlog in our customer service. To ensure better services during this rapidly changing situation, we are shortening our service hours temporarily and prioritizing contact requests via telephone. We have also strengthened the resourcing at our customer service to make sure our services are running smoothly. Our goal is to serve our customers better and faster than before during this peak season.
Customer service for private customers
We serve our consumer customers mainly on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Item Tracking and inquiries are open Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Posti Parcel Locker support serves you via telephone Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays 12 noon to 6 p.m.
