The information technology failure in Parcel Points has been repaired. All Parcel Points again work normally as of this date.
Some of the parcels sent at the end of last week and during the weekend were taken to outlets for pick-up. This allowed us to ensure that our customers receive their parcels as soon as possible. The parcels could not be delivered to Parcel Points. We are sorry about any inconvenience that this may have caused to our customers.
A message was sent to Posti's item tracking service if the parcel has been directed to an outlet. There was a 1-2 day delay in parcel deliveries due to the disruption. The situation has now returned to normal.
