Tori is one of Finland’s most popular marketplaces, where people buy and sell items directly from each other. Over the years, it has become an integral part of Finnish everyday secondhand life. Posti has helped make buying and selling easier.
ToriDiili was launched in 2024 to make buying and selling on Tori easier. It’s an additional service that ensures safe payment and delivery for items bought via Tori. Posti is the delivery partner for ToriDiili, transporting Tori finds from seller to buyer. Now, ToriDiili has a new feature: you can send the parcel from a Posti parcel locker.

Most Finns prefer to pick up their parcels from a locker because it’s easy, fast and works on their schedule. Now we offer the same flexibility to sellers. You can send your ToriDiili parcel from a parcel locker – exactly when it suits you best.

How to send a ToriDiili parcel from a locker
Once you’ve sold an item via ToriDiili, you can send it easily from a parcel locker using a Helposti code. You’ll get the code from Tori – write it on the parcel and reserve a locker via the OmaPosti app. You can choose the drop-off point and make a one-hour reservation for a suitable locker. The locker door code is delivered via the app.
Pack the item and write the Helposti code from ToriDiili on the parcel. No other address details are needed.
Open the OmaPosti app and go to the parcel’s details. Choose a parcel locker as the sending location.
The app shows nearby lockers. You can also search by postal code.
If the locker requires a reservation, you can make it directly in the app.
If the locker has a touchscreen, no reservation is needed. You can send the parcel directly.
Choose the locker size based on your parcel (S, M, L or XL).
The confirmation shows the latest drop-off time, locker number and opening code.
Take the parcel to the locker. Open the locker as instructed, place the parcel inside and close the door.
Mark the parcel as dropped off in the app.
You can track the parcel’s journey in OmaPosti.
If you need more time or need to change your reservation
You can extend the reservation by 1 hour. The extension can be made only once.
If the reservation expires or you cancel it three times, you can:
take the parcel to a Posti service point, or
use a touchscreen locker, which doesn’t require a reservation.
If you reserved the wrong locker size, cancel the reservation and make a new one. If you open the locker and notice the parcel doesn’t fit, it’s not currently possible to reserve a new locker. In that case, take the parcel to a service point.
With a touchscreen locker, you can send immediately without a reservation
You can’t reserve a locker in advance with a touchscreen locker – sending happens directly at the locker.
When sending, choose “Send a parcel” on the screen. Enter the Helposti code. A free locker will open if there’s space. Place the parcel inside and close the door. If the locker is full, send your parcel from another locker or service point.

Note! If you enter the code incorrectly three times, the screen locks for five minutes. If it still doesn’t work after that, our customer service is happy to help.
OmaPosti keeps you updated
Once you’ve accepted the trade and received the sending code on Tori, the parcel will soon appear in your OmaPosti. You’ll find the code there and can track where the parcel is and when it arrives.
OmaPosti is Posti’s free app that brings together parcels, tracking and digital post. Notifications come directly to the app – no need to search across channels.
