Order a pickup for your item

Use this form to order a pickup for your items.

As a rule, we’ll pick up the item on the same day as long as you place your order before 12 a.m. On weekdays, we pick up items from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The window is four hours (8 a.m.–noon and noon–4 p.m.).

You’ll need a contract number to place a pickup order.

Please note that the address cards should be ready when ordering pickup. If you need help printing address cards, it can be done conveniently through our service for an additional fee. In this case, we will deliver the address cards upon collection.

You can order courier deliveries without a handling fee at 0200 77000 (Mon-Fri 8-18, Sat 9-16).
