Our renewed home delivery is powered by electricity

We added electric vans to our fleet to help us deliver your parcels in an even more climate-friendly way. In Helsinki, our renewed home delivery produces zero emissions: we deliver all parcels using only electricity.

In a business sustainability ranking provided by EcoVadis, we are placed in the global top 1 %. Our targets are in line with the strictest 1.5 degree emission reduction level.

Select Posti Home Delivery when you shop online

Have both small and large items delivered directly to your home! You will save time and avoid any unnecessary close contact. You can select a delivery time window that suits you best.

How home delivery works:

  • Select Posti Home Delivery in the online store.

  • Track the progress of your item in the OmaPosti app. The estimated delivery day is displayed in the app.

  • Select the delivery day and time window that suits you best.

  • Deliveries are also made on Saturdays.

  • You will receive all your items at the same time if multiple items are ready to be delivered.

  • Safe delivery without close contact.

  • 100% carbon-neutral delivery.

How to choose a delivery time

Home delivery during the time of the coronavirus

You can order a home delivery normally despite the coronavirus. However, there are currently a few changes in effect:

- The items are not carried inside your residence. Our driver will ring your doorbell and leave the item on your doorstep. The driver will maintain a safe distance and wait until you have received the item.

- We do not require you to sign for the item; the driver will enter the item as received in the system.

- For the time being, our drivers do not handle payment terminals, so items that require Cash on Delivery are delivered to a Posti service point.
