Changes have taken place in our business environment in 2022. High inflation and the rise in energy prices have had significant consequences for the transport sector and its expense structure.
We will continue to develop our services and improve the customer experience. Due to rising costs, we will have to adjust the prices and terms of our services from November 2022 and January 2023. Paper waybills will be discontinued
We have been working on the digitalization of our transport chains for a long time. Our next step will be waving all paper waybills starting February 1, 2023.
In the future, all transport units must be equipped with a unique package ID and the same information must be indicated on the electronic order. From January 1, 2023, we will charge a service fee for attaching a missing package ID.
This change will help us to offer better service and improve item trackability. Shipment will be easier to process in a paper-free process that is also environmentally friendly. Read more about waybill-free services.
