Pickup and delivery service change or termination
With this form, you can change, cancel or temporarily suspend a Pickup and Delivery Service subject to a charge.
Report the changes at least one week before the change takes effect.
The monthly fee will be invoiced normally during the suspension of the service. During the suspension, you can order a separate Pickup and Delivery Service for the desired day or make changes to the schedule of an individual day using the Pick-up order form.
Please note. This is not the same as changing your company’s address. Check the instructions on how to change your company’s address.
