OmaPosti – your mailbox always by your side
OmaPosti is Posti’s app for parcels and letters. It helps you keep track of your parcels, reduce the amount of printed mail in your home and easily pay your bills.
Get rid of printed letters and invoices
Do you want to reduce the amount of paper at your home? You can have invoices and letters, such as messages from the authorities or your payslip, sent to OmaPosti’s electronic mailbox. You will receive a notification when you have new mail. Your received letters and invoices are clearly organized in OmaPosti’s archive.
Pay your invoices easily
You can pay your invoices directly in the app without having to type in the invoice details. OmaPosti notifies you when the due date of your invoice is close.
Desktop option
OmaPosti works best as an app on your phone, but you can also use its a desktop version without having to install it.

Enabling OmaPosti
1. Download the OmaPosti mobile app for your phone on AppStore or GooglePlay store or go to posti.fi/en/omaposti
2. Click on “Create Posti username”. Be prepared to prove your identit
3. Continue to OmaPosti
If you already have a Posti username, you can use it to log in to the service. The first time you use the service, select the settings that you want. You can change the settings afterwards.
When creating a username, you’ll be asked to perform strong identification. Strong identification is needed so that we can be sure that items, such as letters, invoices or item tracking information are shown to the correct recipient.
