Change of address notification
In order to have your mail delivered to the correct address from the correct date, you should submit the Change of address notification or notice of delivery interruption well in advance.
You can submit a Change of address notification to Posti and/or a Local Register Office. You can submit the notification over the Internet or by telephone for yourself and family members who move to the same address at the same time.
On the Internet
A Change of address notification to Local Register Offices and Posti can be submitted via Posti’s web service, where you can also update your other contact information for Posti.
Using this service requires identity verification based on online bank user IDs, a Posti user ID, or a Citizen Certificate (e.g. electronic ID card).

By telephone
Call 0295 535 535 (local call charge/mobile charge). Open Mon-Fri 8 a.m. to 16.15 p.m. Normal fees apply for queuing.
All changes of address from Finland to abroad and to Finland from abroad must be notified either over the Internet or by using a paper form.

Forms are available from post offices and Local Register Offices.
