Indications and Codes International Registered Letters use the same despatch notes as Registered Domestic Letters, with the notification of arrival section removed. Letters containing goods sent to EU countries do not require a separate Customs declaration.
The green Customs label with a bar code (CN 22) must be used for mailings with a destination outside the EU and also in the special regions outside the EU excise and value-added tax area.
If the item's value exceeds EUR 300, please complete the required number of the larger Customs declarations forms (CN 23) in a language understood in the destination country.

In most countries the certificate is signed by both the recipient and the person handing over the item; in some countries it is only the latter.
Indications and Codes The item is provided with an Advice of Delivery address label with an individual tracking barcode from Registered letteror Insured letter.
Sending Can be mailed at a postal outlet, never leave in a postbox.
