Start using the SmartShip electronic ordering channel

In Posti’s SmartShip service, you can print transport documents and order pickup for parcels, freight and trackable letters. We also recommend trying out the new OmaPosti Pro service that makes sending even easier and offers a wider range of reports.

Send with user interface or integration

You can use SmartShip through the user interface, where you enter shipment information and print shipping documents manually. You can also automate sending and printing shipping documents by integrating your system with SmartShip. Integration is a paid (€20/month) service tailored to Posti by nShift (formerly Unifaun). How to start using the Posti SmartShip and OmaPosti Pro services

These services are available to our contract customers. You will need a Posti transaction code, which we create for your company’s administrator. The administrator can grant access rights to other employees. If your company is not yet a Posti contract customer, you can register as a customer here.
