  2. Send parcels easily with OmaPosti Pro , SmartShip or directly from your online store.

  3. You can order regular pickup or a one-time pickup for your parcels or take the parcels to your nearest service point.

  4. We will deliver your parcels efficiently and also take care of returns.

We will deliver Express Business Day items to your business customers around Europe either as parcels or as pallet transport.

  • We deliver EBD parcels to 27 European countries. We also transport pallets within the Nordic region and to Poland and the Baltic countries.

  • We will deliver your item directly to the business recipient's address.

Express Business Day pallet dimensions

  • The maximum dimensions of a EUR pallet: 80 cm x 120 cm x height 210 cm. When sending to Sweden or Norway, the pallet’s maximum height from the ground is 200 cm.

  • Maximum gross weight 740 kg/EUR pallet

  • The maximum dimensions of a half pallet: 60 cm x 80 cm x height 210 cm. When sending to Sweden or Norway, the pallet’s maximum height from the ground is 150 cm.

Express parcel is a versatile delivery solution designed for business clients to ensure courier deliveries to Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and Finland.

  • Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days in the Baltics.

  • Recipient gets an SMS on the day of delivery. If delivered by courier, they will also receive a call.

  • Easy tracking via the SmartPosti and Posti website.

Good to know

  • The service includes one delivery attempt. If the recipient cannot be reached, a delivery notification will be sent via SMS or a notification slip will be placed in the mailbox (if available). 

  • In cace of unsuccessful delivery attempt, the parcel will be stored at the terminal for up to 7  business days while awaiting the recipient to arrange a new delivery. Parcels that are not collected within this period will be returned to the sender as undelivered. 

Cost-effective and punctual, Parcel Connect is well suited for e-commerce items when sending orders to a European country. With this service, you will reach your customers in 14 EU countries.

  • The delivery time is 3–8 business days, depending on the country.

  • Parcels are delivered directly to the doorstep.

  • You can also add a customer return to the Parcel Connect parcel.

Reach your customers in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Items will be delivered to parcel lockers or service points.

We deliver pickup point parcels quickly to consumers in Sweden and Denmark. Posti has an extensive network of parcel lockers and service points in the area, from which customers can pick up their items at a time that suits them.

  • Recipients receive an SMS on the delivery day.

We will deliver your Home Parcel directly to the consumer’s doorstep in Sweden and Denmark. Home delivery is a popular delivery method, as it makes the shopping experience hassle-free and increases customer satisfaction.

  • The delivery time is 2–5 business days to Sweden and 2–4 business days to Denmark

  • Delivery to the consumer’s home on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

  • You can also add a customer return to the Home Parcel.

With our help, you can offer your customers a wide range of return options from abroad. An easy return is one of the key elements of competitive advantage in e-commerce. If returns are easy for the customer, the threshold for making a purchase will be lower and the conversion rate higher.

  • Customer Return (SE, DK) The Customer Return service can be added to PickUp Parcels and Home Parcels. Returns are available from Sweden and Denmark to Finland.

  • Customer Return (EE, LV, LT) The Customer Return service can be added to Postal Parcel and Home Parcels. Returns are available from Estonia, Latvia amd Lithuania to Finland.

  • Customer Return Pallet Home Pallet shipments can be returned from Sweden to Finland with the Customer Return Pallet service.

  • Parcel Connect Return Customer return can be added to the Parcel Connect service for the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

  • Posti Parcel Baltic customer return A customer return service can be added to a Posti Parcel Baltic parcel with a separate contract.

  • International return service (IRS) You can add the international return service (IRS) to a Priority parcel. Returns are currently possible from 26 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

  • The Home Delivery additional service will deliver your parcel directly to the recipient's doorstep.

  • With the LQ Transport additional service, you can send limited quantities of products classified as dangerous goods (Limited Quantity).

  • Items with the Handing over to the Receiver Personally additional service are only handed over against an identity document.

  • With the Registration additional service, you can track the progress of your parcel by using the item ID.

  • With the Delivery to Specific Location additional service, we will deliver large items directly to the agreed location on the recipient’s premises.
