Regular Pickup and Delivery Service
If your company regularly sends or receives letters and parcels, we recommend signing a contract on a regular Pickup and Delivery Service. We will pick up and deliver the items according to the agreed schedule to or from the location specified in the contract. You can include nearly any incoming item in the service. The Pickup and Delivery Service is a contract service with a fixed monthly price.
If necessary, you can suspend your regular Pickup and Delivery Service for a holiday or other period of time using the suspension form. According to the product terms of the service, a written notification on suspending the service is required at least one (1) week before the planned suspension.
Individual Pickup and Delivery Service
If your company only sends letters and parcels occasionally in Finland, you can also order pickup and delivery for individual items through us. In that case, the pricing is based on the size and number of the items. The online form is the easiest and most affordable way to place a transportation order for parcels and letters. You can place an order any time of the day, free of charge. The information you filled in the first time will be saved on the online form and will be available for you to use for your next order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation after placing the order. If you are a contract customer of Posti, you can also place individual orders in Posti SmartShip.
You can also order transportation by calling us on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. An order made via telephone is saved manually in our system, which is why we charge EUR 7.25 per order for the service. Place an order by calling +358 (0)200 92000.
