Letters and invoices easily and reliably to all channels with iPost

• With the service, you can automate the sending of invoices, payslips, bulletins and marketing messages.
• Messages transmitted electronically are delivered to the recipient via iPost as OmaPosti or Suomi.fi messages.
• iPost will print, envelope and send the letters as printed mail on your behalf.
• With iPost, you can send both Economy and Priority letters. The letter price includes printing and the postage fee.

How the iPost service works

With iPost, you can send everything to us through an electronic channel – we will deliver your messages safely through different channels. Messages sent electronically are conveniently delivered to the electronic channel desired by the customer as OmaPosti or Suomi.fi messages. Paper letters will be printed, enveloped and mailed on your behalf.

Are you looking for a solution for your company's B2B e-invoices? iPost invoicing will be integrated into your company's invoicing system and your business customers will receive your invoices as an electronic or traditional paper invoice.

Pricing

The price consists of the establishment charge, a monthly fee based on the volume of letters and the number of copies and pages of the letters sent. Letters sent with the iPost service will be invoiced according to use. The more letters you send, the cheaper the unit price.

iPost’s additional services

Do you want to send Word or PDF attachments to iPost directly from your computer, follow the flow of messages sent through iPost or customize the way your messages look in line with your company's brand? With the additional services of iPost, this is possible!

Design and send from your workstation (Printer Driver)

With Printer Driver, you can create and upload documents directly from your workstation to our iPost service where the printing and mailing is done on your behalf.

Follow the flow of sent messages (Track & Trace)

Track & Trace is an additional service for tracking messages sent via iPost. You can track your messages with the online user interface or automatically generated reports.

Tailor your message (Customized Print)

You can get a printout with customer-specific paper and/or envelopes if the volume of letters is 300,000 letters per year or 30,000 letters per production batch. We recommend the standard iPost service for smaller production batches.
