Returns and uncollected items

Posti’s warehouse does not process returned orders. Customer returns and uncollected items must be directed to the Customer’s own outlet.

Customer returns are directed according to the return address attached in Posti’s contract number.

Uncollected items will be returned to the sender’s address.

Online store orders must use your company address for the sender address (not the warehouse address). If you are making a sales order through the Glue service, it will automatically suggest your company address for the sender address.
