Country-specific instructions

The delivery times, measurements, restrictions and other information of items sent abroad vary between countries. For items sent outside the EU in need of customs clearance, you will need a commercial invoice or pro forma invoice and a customs declaration.

Address labels and service matrix

Address labels can be printed when bought online or they are available at Posti outlets. We recommend that contract customers start using the SmartShip printing software where you can print address labels, customs declaration papers and commercial invoices.
