Posti Network service

The Posti Network service is a service channel for small entrepreneurs which includes features for sending and receiving digital invoices and an electronic mailbox for receiving and archiving letters and invoices. It is also possible to rent a Post Office Box service from the Network and submit notifications to the authorities through TYVI.

The number of active users of the Network service has decreased, and there will be changes to the service on March 31, 2022 and April 28, 2022.

What will change?

We will be making some changes to the Posti Network services as of March 31, 2022, after which new electronic letters and/or invoices will not be delivered to the Network. The features for sending and receiving invoices and documents will be completely closed on April 28, 2022.

Network services to be discontinued:

  • Electronic mailbox

  • Sending invoices

  • Sending letters

  • E-invoice receiving service

How to proceed in the future

  • Save the documents you need by April 28, 2022

    • Please note that the letters and invoices in the service will no longer be available after April 28, 2022. It is important that you save the documents you need before this date.

  • Other Network services, i.e. Posti P.O. Box rental and migration to the TYVI service, will remain available.

How to send invoices in the future

  • We are cooperating with Zervant whose web service enables you to send your company's invoices.

  • In the services provided by Zervant, Posti is not a party, beneficiary or operator; instead, you can make a contract directly with the service provider, if you wish.

  • As a company registered with the Network, you will have free access to the invoicing service packages provided by Zervant for a period of six (6) months.

    • This benefit must be redeemed by April 30.

    • Instructions on how to redeem the benefit will be sent to your mailbox in the Network service.
