Posti to extend the opening hours of corporate customer service from September 6

The opening hours of Posti Corporate Customer Service will be extended from Monday, September 6. In the future, customer service for matters related to parcels will be available in Finnish and English over the phone at +358 (0)200 77000 and in the chat service on Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–6 p.m. and Sat 9 a.m.–4 p.m. “We are extending the opening hours of our corporate customer service to match the opening hours of our consumer customer service. Our parcel and e-commerce customer companies have long opening hours for their own customers, so we also want to offer them long opening hours,” says Laura Inttilä, who is responsible for Posti’s customer service in parcel and e-commerce services.
