Posti Item Tracking is evolving on 4 September

Posti’s renewed item tracking will be more comprehensive, consistent and clearer than before for domestic parcels, freight shipments and trackable letters. Contract customers can track shipments in OmaPosti Pro, the tracking at, Posti Dashboard, Smartship and, with an integration, even in the company's own CRM system. Notifications of transport damage will also become digital. In the future, we will receive information of damages in real time, and paper damage reports will no longer be used. The renewal will first apply to home deliveries and, later on, to parcels picked up from pickup points and domestic freight.
