Customer service for private customers changing as of February 1, 2021

We are updating our customer service. From the start of February, we will have specialized customer service teams. Our goal is to provide our customers with faster and smoother service. At the same time, we will launch new service numbers with rates based on your subscription agreement (local network charge/mobile network charge only). Thanks to your customer feedback, our service numbers are no longer subject to an additional fee. We are also simultaneously updating the phone menu.
