Problems logging in to Posti’s business services?

Logging in to Posti’s business services was renewed on 16-17 January 2021. If you have problems logging in to Posti’s services after this date, please follow the instructions below.

Posti has previously communicated the renewal to Posti’s business customers via email during spring 2020 and January 2021. Read more about the renewal and answers to frequent questions.

If you are unable to log in to Posti’s business services, do as follows

1. Change your password

During the renewal, a part of Posti’s business users were requested to change their passwords. The request to change the password was sent via email on 17 January 2021.

If you received the email but did not change your password, do as follows:

  1. Go to this website and change your password: https://www.posti.fi/changepassword

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. You will receive instructions to your email on how to change your password. Follow the instructions.

  4. After changing your password, try logging in to Posti’s services again.

If you are able to log in, you can continue using Posti’s services as normal. If you are still unable to log in, please follow the instructions below.

2. Check your email address

After the renewal, users log in to Posti’s services with their email addresses. Other login methods, including non-email usernames, are no longer valid. The email address used for logging in is the email defined in your personal details for Posti’s business services.

The correct login email address is the address in which you received the password change request on 17 January 2021. Do as follows:

  1. Try logging in to Posti’s services again with your email address.

  2. If you are able to log in, you can continue using Posti’s services as normal.

If you did not receive an email request to change your password, or you do not know which address you should use to log in, please follow the instructions below.

3. Contact the main user in your organization

If you are unable to log in to Posti’s services by following the instructions above, please contact the main user/administrator for Posti’s services in your organization. If you are the main user/administrator yourself, or you do not know who to contact, please contact our customer service for businesses.

If you are able to log in to some Posti’s business services but not all, do as follows

After the renewal, if you can log in to some of Posti’s electronic business services but not all, ask the main user/administrator in your organization to check your rights to use Posti’s services.
