Smartpost improves the availability of goods and services

The new Smartpost service concept enables the sale and affordable delivery of products and services to Smartpost parcel lockers, which are located in the homes or workplaces of consumers .

Smartpost parcel lockers are available for apartment buildings or offices. With Smartpost, receiving, sending and returning parcels, postcards and letters is possible at almost any hour.

How to start using Posti’s services

Web service for Posti's contract customers

If you are a Posti contract customer, you can use Posti SmartShip web service. You can log on using Posti's transaction code, which may be ordered here.

Posti SmartShip can be integrated into your company's ERP / WMS or e-commerce system.  Post interface descriptions can be found at api.posti.fi.

My company does not have a contract with Posti

No worries! You can still send parcels using the web service. Pay for the delivery with a credit card and deliver the parcel to a Parcel Point or an outlet. Or make a contract with us.
