All parcels and some letters have an item ID which you can use to track your item in Item tracking.
Please note that normal first and second class letters do not have an item ID which could be used to track the delivery of the item or locate the item in the Posti network.
If a letter has not arrived:
You can also verify the speed of delivery between two addresses using the delivery time inquiry. The time when the item is left in the mail affects when the item will be transported. If the item is not left in the mail in time for that day’s transports, the delivery time begins on the next weekday.
