Return shipments

If you want to return the parcel, you may do so within 14 days from pickup. It is only possible to return the parcel if the sender company has a valid customer return contract with Posti. You may return the shipment to any parcel point with the pickup code. You may also return the shipment to any postal outlet. If the parcel return deadline has already expired and you want to return it, please contact the company from which you ordered the parcel.

1. Select "Return Parcel" at the parcel point

Enter your original locker code at the point.

2. The locker opens

Put the parcel in the locker and carefully shut the door. Please do not put any parcel card on the item. The Parcel Point will print the card when Parcel Point is emptied.

Parcels not picked up will be returned to the sender

The storage period for parcels delivered to SmartPOST parcel points is seven days. The storage period for parcels delivered to Posti shops is the week of arrival plus two full calendar weeks. If the shipment has not been collected, it is returned to the sender after the storage period based on the sender details marked on the parcel. The transport fee for the return shipment is paid for by the original sender.
